Returns and Exchanges

At vorthralthon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our fabric pouches and organizers. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at callback@vorthralthon.world or call us at +61 8 8231 6611 within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Please include your order number and reason for return in your communication. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
